Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact at customerservice@rankines.com us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you an exchange/return authorization form/link that must be filled out and included in your package. 

Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received – unopened and unused with the original tags and packaging.

Please note additional shipping charges may apply, and will be responsibility of the customer.  If you are an International customer, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes, should they arise.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns on all products in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would to return a product, contact us at customerservice@rankines.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you an exchange/return authorization form/web link that must be filled out and included in your package. 

You may return your item for store credit or full refund of the amount which you paid at purchase time. Custom bespoke and personalized products are not returnable. The buyer is responsible for the safe return shipping to our warehouse.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three to five days after the date of processing.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the object received is damaged, please contact us at customerservice@rankines.com within 48 hours and include a photograph of the damage incurred.

FINAL SALE/BESPOKE WORKS

Final sale and bespoke products may not be returned or exchanged. All shipments outside of North America are Final Sale items.
